SAP Technical Delivery Architect

Our client is UK’s largest privately owned consultancy. They are consistently winning global S4 HANA implementation projects and have an excellent reputation with some of UK’s largest companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent the company as the onsite Technical Lead for key strategic customers
• Engage with key customer to understand their current challenges and digital aspirations and provide value by proposing additions or improvements to their solution architecture.
• Development of a range of assets including written materials, Points of Views and Blog posts
• Contribute technical content to proposal documents.
• Create and maintain effective relationships with customers partner organisations, ensuring you have a robust network of contacts who can offer additional support and guidance.
• Drive integrated teams to deliver solid technology solutions in support of key client initiatives
• Support implementation projects by providing the system architecture information necessary to commence create the project environment with consideration of any future phases and post go-live support.
• Compilation and implementation of documented technical support processes and procedures (System Refresh, Support Pack Patching, Release Management etc.)
• Support the service in an ITIL environment (assist in incident triage, Change facilitation, capacity and availability management)
• Drive strategic initiatives through to successful conclusion
• Support existing customers by analysing their system architecture including both the hardware and software involved in order to provide advice for improvements in integrity, performance and user experience

• Ability to understand customers technical challenges or requirements and provide innovative and effective solutions.
• Experience of working in a complex landscape with multiple systems ensuring that landscape has robust interconnectivity.
• Experience in dealing with senior business users, determining delivery scope and priorities as well as resolving issues.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to clearly communicate and share ideas and concepts with both colleagues and customers.
• Experience with the full software development life cycle, including design, testing, deployment, and documentation activities.
• Excellent influencing and team working skills
